6 stalks Lemongrass
1 big Fresh ginger
Pandan leaves, tied in a knot
Water, 1 litre
honey rock sugar
Slightly smash the peeled ginger .
Crush lemongrass and cut them into short stalk.
Add lemongrass, ginger and pandan leaves into a pot, then bring to boil and simmer for around an hour.
Add honey rock sugar to taste and drink.
You can enjoy it hot or cold. It is so refreshing and tasty. 😍😍😍
2 meeku, bun or 4 slices of bread
2eggs with salt and pepper to taste
Beat 2 eggs and add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the bun into two and dip it into the egg mixture.
Next spray some oil on a frying pan and transfer the bread in for a minute and flip it to cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and place a slice of ham and cheese on one side and cover it with another piece of bread.
Return it to the pan, low heat and cook for another minute and flip it to brown the other side for another minute or till cheese melted .
Transfer to a plate, garnish and it is ready to eat…. Simple, easy and yummy!!! Enjoy!!!
