Ingredients

Half a Chinese cabbage (cut 1.5 inch apart)

2-3 pcs chili padi (cut length wise and removed the seed)

3 clove of garlic (sliced)

1-2 tsp of soy sauce

Salt ( half a teaspoon) and pepper to taste

Method

Heat two tbsp of oil in a wok. When the oil is hot add in the garlic and stir fry till fragrant.

Add Chinese cabbage, soy sauce,  salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 a small bowl of water . Add chili Padi. Cook till cabbage is soft about   5 mins. 

Dish out and garnish with sesame. I’ve also added some store bought jellyfish to compliment this dish. It is chewy and have a nice crunch to it. Is pairs well with the sweet Chinese cabbage. Yum…yum..
