 This is a very easy and refreshing dish. All you need are some tofu puff, cucumber and chili sauce.  

Ingredients

Tofu puffs

1 cucumber, shreaded 

And chili sauce
Cut a slit across the longer side of each tau pok and AF it at 180* for 3 minutes-5 minutes. Remove and set aside. 

In the meantime, remove the skin from the cucumber. Use a fine cut shredder and shread the cucumber . 

Now all you need to do is to stuff the shreaded cucumber into the tofu puff. 

Serve it together with chili sauce.
