Ever wonder how to make Saba fish?? It is really easy and delicious..
All you need is of course the mackerel , salt , pepper and olive oil. Once is ready you can add lemon.

First of all cut the mackerel into half lengthwise and remove the head and tail. Clean and dry the mackerel. Line the oven tray with a foil and put the fish in. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the fish. Next drizzle with olive oil. Be generous with the oil and you’ll see the difference.
Next put it in a preheated oven at 240’c for half an hour, skin side up. When is ready, the skin should be golden in colour. Optionally, you can Squeeze quarter of a lemon onto the fish. Easy, healthy and tasty…itadakimasu!!
